Hailiang Company Metallurgical Project
Project Requirement Analysis:
Hailiang (Anhui) Copper Co., Ltd. uses natural gas and nitrogen as production materials during the manufacturing process. To prevent potential gas leaks, a combustible gas and nitrogen detection and alarm system needs to be installed. The primary requirement for the detection system is that it must be able to issue timely and reliable alarm signals and action commands in the event of a gas leak or accident, ensuring the prompt evacuation of personnel and the safety of assets at the production site.
Product Inspection Standards:
GB 12358: General Technical Requirements for Gas Detection and Alarm Instruments in Workplaces
GB 50493-2009: Design Specifications for Combustible and Toxic Gas Detection and Alarm Instruments in Petrochemical Industry

GB/T 191: Packaging and Storage Marking Symbols
GB/T 13384: General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Electromechanical Products
JJF 1368: Type Evaluation Outline for Combustible Gas Detectors and Alarms
JJG 693: Verification Procedures for Combustible Gas Detectors and Alarms
Q/AHSA 01—2014: AN Series Fixed Gas Detection and Alarm Instruments
Product Performance Advantages:
Alarm System Plan:
Based on the technical design and on-site requirements of this project, a branch-line or RS485 wiring method will be adopted. This structure allows for the detection of combustible and toxic gases while simultaneously transmitting gas alarm signals to the monitoring room, enabling full-area monitoring. The data will be centrally managed and monitored, allowing the safety management department to promptly understand the gas leakage dynamics in each area and take necessary actions to ensure the safety of production and protect personnel and property.
